F. though the husband of the petitioner has received the pension from the date of refund of money, he has not been given the pension from the date of his retirement.

Learned advocate for the State Mr. Ranjan Saha led by Mr. B. P. Vaisya also accepts the same that the husband of the petitioner was not granted pension from the date of his retirement but from the date of refund of the money.

I direct the authorities to pay his pension from the date of his retirement and not from the date of refund of money.

However, the petitioner has submitted that she does not want any interest on the due amount of pension and no interest is to be paid to her on this

amount.

The writ application is disposed of.
