1. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the DPPG that the PPO has been issued on behalf of the petitioner.

It is expected that the Treasury Officer, BurdwanI, District Purba Bardhaman, releases pension and arrears to the petitioner within a period of two weeks, from the date of communication of the copy of this order along with the contempt application. In default, the petitioner shall be entitled to mention the contempt application and revive the same against the Treasury Officer, Burdwan-I, District Purba Bardhaman.

3. In that view of the matter, CPAN 876 of 2024 stands disposed of.

4. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
