4. This case is pending since 2010, almost 15 years have passed.

5. This writ petition has been filed by the writ petitioner seeking direction upon the respondents, specially the respondent nos.1, 2 and 3 not to give effect or further effect of the impugned Tender Notice dated 29.04.2010 and 03.05.2010 being Annexure P/2 and P/3.

6. Considering the nature of the prayer and long pendency of this case and on perusal of record, it appears that no interim order passed at the time of admission.

7. In view of the above facts, the writ petition seems became infructuous by passage of time hence, the writ petition is devoid of merits.

8. Consequently, the writ petition being WPA 10620 of 2010 is disposed of with the above observations.

9. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

10. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities

11. All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court without insisting upon production of a certified copy thereof.
