Pursuant to the order dated 18.07.2025 in connection with the instant contempt application, the alleged contemnor, Sri Kaustava Dey, Additional District SubRegistrar, Cossipore, Dum Dum, North 24 Parganas is present.

Pursuant to the self-same order, Mr. Pawan Kadyan, Inspector General of Registration & Commissioner of Stamp Revenue, West Bengal is also present with his report dated 31.07.2025.

Such report dated 31.07.2025 as filed by Inspector General of Registration & Commissioner of Stamp Revenue, West Bengal is taken on record.

On perusal of the report dated 31.07.2025 as filed today and after hearing the learned advocates for the contending parties, it reveals that the alleged contemnor has duly complied with the judgment and order dated

11.09.2024 as passed by this Court in WPA 26737 of 2015.

In open Court, the said alleged contemnor, Sri Kaustava Dey has handed over the original deed of conveyance dated 20.08.2014 to the writ petitioner, Sri Siddhartha Ghoshal.

Such being the position, nothing remains to be decided in the instant contempt application.

With the aforementioned observations, the instant contempt application being CPAN 994 of 2025 is disposed of.

The personal appearance of Mr. Pawan Kadyan, Inspector General of Registration & Commissioner of Stamp Revenue, West Bengal and the alleged contemnor, Sri Kaustava Dey, Additional District Sub-Registrar, Cossipore, Dum Dum, North 24 Parganas are hereby dispensed with.
