Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the present appeal has become infructuous since the same was preferred against an injunction order and subsequently, on an application being filed in the trial court under Sections 5 and 8 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the suit itself has been "stayed" with the observation that the matter be referred to arbitration.

2. In view of such submission, FMA 469 of 2023 is dismissed as infructuous.

3. Connected pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of accordingly.

4. There will be no order as to costs.
