2. The instant writ petition was filed challenging the notice issued under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002.

3. Learned advocate representing the bank submits that the impugned notice has been withdrawn by the bank.

4. A supplementary affidavit has been filed by the petitioner disclosing that the demand notice made under Section 13(2) of the Act has been withdrawn.

5. In view of the above, nothing remains to be decided in the instant writ petition.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
