1. Heard learned Counsel for both the parties.

2. The petitioner is stated to be a tour guide. Charge-sheet is stated to have been filed in the meantime. Manner of assault is stated to have kick and fist and blows. It is fairly submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that there is no record of past criminal antecedent against the petitioner.

3. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioners, nature of allegation and completion of investigation in the meantime, each of the petitioners is directed to appear before the learned ACJM Lalbagh, Murshidabad in connection with G.R. case No. 290 of 2023 arising out of Murshidabad P.S. Case No. 82 of 2023 within 15 days from today. On their appearance and application for bail the petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

6. Within three weeks of the receipt of server copy or certified

copy of this order, the petitioner is directed to appear before the I.O. along with a copy of such order.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed.
