The present revisional application was preferred for transferring G.R. Case No.193 of 2012 arising out of Raiganj P.S. Case No.77 of 2012 dated 30.01.2012 be transferred from learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raiganj to any other court within the jurisdiction of Asansol/Burdwan.

Ms. Debjani Sahu, learned advocate, appears on behalf of the State and opposes the contentions.

I have considered the issue raised in the revisional application and having regard to the passage of time, which has lapsed in the meantime, I am of the view that at this belated stage, no interference is called for.

Accordingly, CRR 1869 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
