It appears that an inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 18.07.2025 passed by this Court. At the heading of the order sheet, the Sections of the Bengal Excise Act were wrongly recorded as "Sections 46(c), 46AAk", instead of "Sections 46A(c), 46AA".

The inadvertent typographical error is hereby corrected and the order dated 18.07.2025 shall always be read conjointly with this order.
