The application filed by the petitioner seeking mutation is pending consideration at the end of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation since 2017.

The Corporation requested the petitioner to submit registered partitioned deed and the original death certificate of the deceased person in December 2018.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that all documents for effecting mutation have been submitted before the Corporation.

As it appears that the application of the petitioner seeking mutation is pending consideration, accordingly the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the deputy Assessor Collector, Kolkata Municipal

Cooperation S. S. Unit to consider and dispose of the prayer of the petitioner for mutation in accordance with law after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward copy of the representation dated 28.08.2017 along with all documents in support of the prayer for mutation to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
