Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is similarly situated as the other accused persons, namely, Neha Saini and Lilufa Khatun who have been granted bail in CRM(NDPS) 1403 of 2025 and CRM(NDPS) 619 of 2026 respectively.

Learned advocate for the Customs Authority opposes the prayer for bail.

Having considered the orders passed in similar bail applications mentioned above, I direct release of the

petitioner by the learned Judge under NDPS Act, City Sessions Court, Calcutta on same terms and conditions as was imposed upon Neha Saini and Lilufa Khatun. 4.

Accordingly, CRM(NDPS) 1333 of 2026 is Allowed. 5.

Case diary be returned to the learned advocate appearing for the State.

All parties shall act on the basis of server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 7.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
