It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that, during pendency of the matter, the CESC has restored electricity connection of the petitioner. As such, the application has become infructuous. Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2021 is dismissed as infructuous without any order as to costs.

Since the writ petition already stands dismissed for default previously, no further order need be passed thereon.
