This revisional application is directed against order dated June 10, 2026 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, 5th Court, Howrah(in-Charge) thereby fixing hearing of a petition under Section 12 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1894 on June 20, 2026 at 1 PM.

There is nothing wrong in the order impugned to warrant interference under Article of the Constitution of India.

The learned trial court is requested to hear out and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
