The instant revisional application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 25.05.2011 passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, Baruipur in M.P. Case No. 236 of 2011 under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code as well as challenging the further continuation of the aforesaid proceeding has lost its legal efficacy due to lapse of time. Accordingly, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly dismissed. Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for information.
