In paragraphs 31 and 32 of the judgment dated February 16, 2023 the date of the representation was wrongly mentioned as 'October 14, 2018' in stead of 'October 14, 2011'.

Let such error be rectified and this order shall form part of the judgment and order dated February 16, 2023.
