1. None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

2. The perusal of the writ Petition shows that the Petitioner in the present Petition is challenging the enhancement of license fee by the Respondents vide notice dated 14.05.2003. Learned c ounsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has been a vendor at Banpur railway Station for more than 20 years. However, due to the said hike in license fee, he is not in a position to pay the same. From the record, it appears that the Petitioner earlier filed another Writ Petition, W.P No. 14506 (W) of 2004 claiming same relief. However, details of the said case is not available.

3. Since there was no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner, the present writ Petition is dismissed in default.
