It appears that the contempt application is pending from 2020 and despite repeated chances afforded to the alleged contemnors to comply the direction passed by the Court, the authorities for some reasons or the other is delaying compliance.

The petitioner is a retired employee and the matter ought not to prolong for such an indefinite period. To put an end to the issue, the Court thinks it appropriate to direct a competent person who is aware of the facts and circumstances of the present case from each of the following departments: Department of Information and Cultural Affairs, Directorate of Pension,

Provident Fund & Group Insurance and a member of the Board of Trustees, Mahajati Sadan to appear personally before this Court with all records on March 23, 2023 at 2 p.m.

The parties shall ensure that the order of the Court is complied with in the meantime.
