1) Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

2) Learned advocate representing the petitioner appears on virtual mode.

3) Respondents are represented by learned advocates.

4) Grievance of the petitioner is though transfer application was made in prescribed format on 7th May, 2025 till date concerned

school authority has not issued "No Objection" to facilitate transfer of the petitioner.

5) It is submitted on behalf of the school authority that transfer application was made recently on 7th May, 2025 and school remained closed due to summer vacation till 2nd June, 2025. Prayer is made to give reasonable time to take decision on transfer application of the petitioner whether petitioner is entitled to receive "No Objection" or not.

6) Respondent no. 6 being the Headmaster of Salimiah High School, North 24 Parganas is directed to take decision as to whether petitioner is to be granted "No Objection" or not within a period of four weeks from date of communication of this order. Decision to be taken by the school authority shall be communicated to the petitioner by ten days thereafter.

7) Writ petition stands disposed of.

8) Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
