All the three petitioners could not have joined together in filing the instant writ petition. The writ petition is deemed to have been dismissed in respect of the petitioner nos. 2 and 3.
The petitioner No. 1 claims that she appeared in the TET 2012 Examination but till now the respondents failed to call the petitioner for interview and to inform whether the petitioner was successful or not.
The result of TET 2012 Examination was declared long back. The petitioner has not come up with any allegation with regard to the illegality on the part of the respondent in conducting the examination or otherwise. There is no occasion to entertain the writ petition. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties after completion of all legal formalities.
