Mr. Datta, learned advocate for the State respondents submits before the Court that the warrant of arrest has been executed. The accused person has been arrested from the Gonda, Uttar Pradesh. The police report is taken on record. The Court appreciates the effort put in by the Superintendent of Police, Hooghly, Rural and his team. The leaned advocate for the petitioner is also satisfied with the action taken by the police authorities. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
