4) During course of hearing, learned advocate representing the petitioner prays for leave to file application for transfer afresh in prescribed format.

5) Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, writ petition stands

disposed of granting leave to the petitioner to file application for transfer in prescribed format afresh in accordance with law within fortnight from date. If transfer application is made within aforesaid time, it is expected that respondent authorities shall take steps in accordance with law for processing the transfer application of the petitioner.
