Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. By this writ petition, petitioner has made a very innocuous prayer of direction upon the respondent, Assistant Commissioner of State Tax to consider and dispose of its representation dated 25th June, 2022 as appears at page 49 of the writ petition making prayer for releasing of the vehicle in question and for reconsideration of a fresh DRC-01. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 12662 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner within one week from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorised representative and

by considering the judgments, petitioner wants to rely in support of its case.
