He further submits that his client did not inform him that previously he filed such a writ application. Under such circumstances, learned Counsel tenders unconditional apology for doing wrong by his client and submits that this writ application be dismissed for nonprosecution. I have heard learned Counsel appearing for the State respondents.

As I find from a photocopy of a writ application being W.P.A. 976 of 2021, the petitioner has filed this writ application on the self-same subject matter as involved in this writ application.

However, since the learned Counsel tenders unconditional apology for filing the writ application on wrong instruction I feel that the writ application may be dismissed for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, the writ application is dismissed for non-prosecution.

There shall be no order as to costs.
