1. By the order impugned, the adjournment petition stood rejected and consequently, the suit stood dismissed for non-compliance of the court's order. In view thereof, this Court is not inclined to entertain this civil revisional application. The petitioners are left free to work out their remedies in accordance with law.

2. With the above observation, CO 2039 of 2025 stands disposed of.

3. Petitioners are permitted to take back the certified copy of the order impugned by replacing the same with a photostat copy thereof.

4. Parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

5. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of necessary formalities.
