From the medical report it appears petitioner at present has no gross deficit in cognitive function and is in a position to follow legal proceedings. In view of the aforesaid report and the incriminating materials implicating the petitioner in the murder of his wife, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
