It appears from the order dated August 18, 2021, that the learned Additional Sessions Judge had fixed the date for further evidence on September 18, 2021.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that a direction should be given upon the learned Additional Sessions Judge in the Court below to ensure that no further adjournment is given to either of the parties.

I find that the learned Sessions Judge has already fixed the date for further evidence on September 18, 2021, it is expected that the learned Judge would proceed with the trial without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. CRR 1716 of 2021, is disposed of.
