Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner was verbally informed that the Grievance Redressal Officer, before whom the dispute between the parties is pending, shall hear out and decide the dispute soon.

As such, nothing remains to be decided in the present writ petition.

WPA No. 12673 of 2022 is disposed of with the expectation that the respondent no. 3, that is, the Grievance Redressal Officer of the CESC Limited, South West Regional Office, shall decide on the pending dispute raised by the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within three weeks from date.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
