1. This is the second consecutive occasion when none appears for the appellant at the time of call.

2. In our order dated January 09, 2025, we had given a last chance to the appellant to appear and argue the case. However, even today, none appears for the appellant to argue the case at the time of call.

3. Accordingly, FMA 468 of 2023 is dismissed for default without any order as to costs.

4. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
