Under such circumstances, this court is not willing to interfere with the proceedings before the learned trial court, which has proceeded to a considerable extent. The petitioner to agitate his grievances before the learned trial court. The revisional application is, thus, dismissed. Department is directed to communicate this order to the concerned trial court for information.
