Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that pursuant to Haripal Police Station Case No.225 of 2025 dated 29.04.2025 having been registered, the accused persons after obtaining bail have been threatening the petitioner. To that extent, petitioner informed the local police station on or about 27.05.2025. However, no steps have been taken by the concerned police station.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that pursuant to the information being received, Haripal Police Station Case No.361 of 2025 dated

17.06.2025 has been registered for investigation under the relevant provisions of the BNS, 2023. Having considered that the police authorities have been vigilant in taking steps, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Learned advocate for the private respondents is present and submits that since no affidavits have been called for, the accusations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 13097 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
