The petitioner is the widow of an ex employee under respondent No.

and is waiting for gratuity since long. The employee resigned in 2002.

Having considered the submissions made on behalf of the parties and material on record, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction upon the respondent No. 2 to

dispose of the case being case No.

64/19/G/HOW (Sandhya Sardar vs. Delta Ltd.) within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order, in accordance with law.

The writ petition being W.P.A. 13689 of 2021 is thus disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.
