The petitioner was an employee under respondent No. 3 and retired in 2015. He is waiting for gratuity since then.

Having considered the submissions made on behalf of the parties and material on record, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction upon the respondent No. 2 to dispose of the case being case No.

106/15/G/HOW(Probir Ghosh vs. Delta Ltd.) within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order, in accordance with law.

The writ petition being W.P.A. 13690 of 2021 is thus disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.
