Legality, validity and propriety of an order dated 9th March, 2022 is challenged in the instant revision.

The said order was passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 7th Court at Calcutta in C.S. Case No.30404 of 2020 dated 24th December, 2020, issuing warrant of arrest against the petitioner. The instant revision is disposed of directing the petitioner to surrender before the Trial Court within four weeks from the date of this order. In the meantime, there shall be an order of stay of execution of warrant of arrest.

On voluntary surrender by the petitioner, the Trial Court shall admit him on bail with proper security as the Trial Court may please. (Bibek Chaudhuri, J.) Mithun De/ A.R. (Ct).
