1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the delay in registration of the documents presented for registration in the year 2020.

3. It appears that IGR was issued upon presentation of four deeds of exchange.

4. The petitioners allege that the deeds have neither been registered nor certified copies of the same handed over.

5. Learned advocate representing the State respondents is not ready with proper instruction in the matter.

6. As it appears that a legal representation on behalf of the petitioners is pending consideration before the Additional Registrar of Assurances-II, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Additional Registrar of Assurances-II to consider and dispose of the legal representation filed on behalf of the petitioners in

accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

7. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioners immediately thereafter.

8. The writ petition stands disposed of.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
