Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the prima facie involvement of the petitioner, who is the driver of the vehicle, which was utilised for transportation of popies straw above commercial quantity, we are of the opinion that he does not stand on the same footing with the co-accused who have been enlarged on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
