Having considered the nascent stage of the investigation, I am not inclined to enter into the issues so canvassed by the present petitioners relating to the existing inimical relationship.

Let the investigation be taken to its logical conclusion.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach this court after the report under section 173 of the cr.p.c. is filed.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2064 of 2024 is disposed of.
