The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that despite recommendation of the District Inspector of Schools approving the one-man panel for the post of Assistant Head Master to Bokhara Hazi Jubed Ali Vidyapity (HS), Bokhara on 22.08.2021, the Commissioner of School Education has not taken any steps to issue letter of appointment.

In these circumstances, this Court directs the Commissioner of School Education to either issue a letter of appointment in favour of the petitioner or pass a reasoned order indicating as to why the appointment order in favour of the petitioner cannot be issued, if at all.

It is expected that the aforesaid order shall be carried out by the Commissioner of School Education, Government of West Bengal within a

period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
