There is a false statement in the first paragraph of the bail petition. It is stated that earlier no bail application was moved before this Court. In fact, the petitioner's earlier bail application was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench vide order dated June 8, 2023 passed in CRA (DB) 159 of 2023.

In view of such incorrect statement made obviously to try and mislead the court, we are not inclined to entertain this application for bail.
