Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is taken on record.

By an order dated 8th February, 2021, the Court directed the Municipal Commissioner, Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation to take necessary steps for consideration of the representation made by the petitioner.

In compliance of the order passed by the Court, an opportunity of hearing was afforded to the petitioner and a reasoned order has been passed. The same is sought to be communicated to the petitioner vide Memo No.518/BMC/GS/2022 dated 24th March, 2022.

A copy of the same has been handed over to the learned advocate representing the petitioner in Court today.

As it appears that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the alleged contemnor,

accordingly, there is no reason to continue with the contempt application any further.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

The aforesaid communicating memo along with the reasoned order is retained with the records. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
