There was a disciplinary proceeding against the petitioner on different charges. The charges were proved. The petitioner was given opportunity to file the representation which he filed. Thereafter, the Chairman of the District Primary School Council, Howrah considered the said representation and has observed that every opportunity was given to the petitioner for defending himself and there was no violation of principles of natural justice and fair play and, therefore, I cannot sit in appeal over the said decision of the Chairman of the District Primary School Council, Howrah. I have not found any anomaly in the decision making process and, therefore, I do not think that this

is a proper case where the court can interfere. Hence, I do not find any merit in this writ application and the same is dismissed without any order as to costs. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J. )
