By this writ petition, the writ petitioner prayed for a direction upon the concerned respondent to allow her to participate in the interview scheduled to be held on 27th May, 2008 for filling up the subject post. By efflux of time the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of without any order.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
