In Re : An application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Mr. Kashiswar Ghosal .....for the petitioner.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the proceeding of the cases being M. Ex. No. 59 of 2020, M. Ex. 51 of 2022 and M. Ex. No. 38 of 2023 which are execution cases pertaining to maintenance. Learned advocate submits that the process which is being issued is not properly executed.

Record of this revisional application reflects that learned Judicial Magistrate, Bangaon is in seisin of the matter. In case the service return is not satisfactory, the learned Magistrate would shift to the next harsher process of law and take assistance of the concerned D.S.P/S.D.P.O/Addl. S.P for execution of the process be it summons or warrant. The proceedings at the earliest should be taken to its logical conclusion.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 2044 of 2023 is disposed of. All Pending applications, if any, are disposed of accordingly.
