Learned advocate for the State submits that commercial quantity of narcotic substance i.e. 25 kgs. of ganja was seized from the joint possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and bearing in mind the fact that narcotic substance above commercial quantity was recovered from the joint possession of the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
