Consequently, in course of investigation, one bank account of Indusind Bank was marked as benefited to the tune of Rs.50,150/- and debit was freezed in the said account.

However, the police authorities being the Sinthi Police Station in connection with Sinthi P.S. Case No. 87 dated 17.11.2023 submitted Final Report True on 01.02.2025.

Having regard to the manner in which the investigation has been carried

out, I am of the view that the investigation of the case be transferred to the Cyber Crime Police Station, Calcutta, who would further investigate the case in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14179 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Let the Case Diary along with all the documents be transmitted to the Officer-in-charge of Cyber Crime Police Station.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
