Mr. Rhiddhiman Mukherjee ...for the petitioner Due to inadvertent mistake in the fifth line of the second paragraph at Page 3 in the order dated 27.02.2026, the words "before the court below" shall be deleted and in its place, "before the High Court of Judicature in Bombay" shall be inserted.

Such mistake is corrected and be treated as part of the order dated 27.02.2026.
