This is an application filed under section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 seeking quashing of the proceedings being G.R. Case no. 2032 of 2021 arising out of Asansol (South) police station Case no. 274 of 2021 dated 20.7.2021, thereby alleging the commission of offences punishable under sections 420/467/468/471/447/120B of the IPC, 1860 presently pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Paschim Bardhaman at Asansol. However, no one represented the petitioner, no accommodation sought for in spite of giving several opportunities.

In view of the aforesaid facts it seems the petitioner has no more interest to proceed with the instant case.

Accordingly, CRR 1715 of 2021 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
