1. Mr. Soumyajit Das Mahapatra, learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that his client is no more interested to proceed with the instant revisional applications. He files a written instruction given by his client viz. Abhilash Nath. Let the same be kept with the record.

2. In view of the aforesaid fact, the instant criminal revisional applications being CRR 1705 of 2017 and CRR 694 of 2017 stand dismissed as not pressed.

3. In view of dismissal of the revisional applications, the connected application being CRAN 2 of 2017 (Old No. CRAN 3064/2017) is also disposed of.

4. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.

5. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned court below for due compliance.
