1. The order dated 23rd August, 2022 is mentioned for correction.
2. In the cause title of the order dated 23rd August, 2022, the expression "W.P.A. 12707 of 2021" shall stand corrected to read as "W.P.A. 12707 of 2022". In the second line of second paragraph of the first page of the order dated 23rd August, 2022, the expression "the petitioner was a Clerk of a High School, who retired" shall stand deleted and be replaced with the expression "the husband of the petitioner was a Clerk of a High School, who died-in-harness". In the second line of the third paragraph of the first page of the order dated 23rd August, 2022, the expression "his retirement" shall stand deleted and be replaced with the expression "death of her husband". In the fifth line of the first paragraph of the second page of the order dated 23rd August, 2022, the expression "retirement of the petitioner" shall stand deleted and be replaced with the expression "death of the husband of the petitioner".
3. Let these corrections be incorporated in the order dated 23rd August, 2022.
4. The other parts of the order dated 23rd August, 2022 shall remain unaltered.
5. Department is directed to take steps accordingly.
6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
