He submits his client is suffering from CABG disease. Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing the involvement of the petitioner in dealing with narcotic substance above commercial quantity and in view of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the N.D.P.S. Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. Medical attention, if necessary, be extended to the petitioner.
