Sri Susanta Bag Mr. Pappu Adhikari ...for the opposite party Mr. Adhikari, learned counsel for the opposite party submits that in compliance with the order dated 1.9.2023, he had made attempt to serve a notice upon the learned counsel appeared for the petitioners, Mr. Sabyasachi Bhattacharya, who refused to accept the said notice.

In such view of the matter, I have sufficient reason to believe that the petitioners are no longer interested to proceed with the present application.

Let C.O. 2118 of 2019 be dismissed for default. Interim order, granted earlier vide order dated 3.7.2019, stands vacated.
